23.01.2022 Just to summarisewe believe we have 143 units that may have this problem. These are the electric heater option that we started fitting a few years ago. The issue is with the big electronic relay in the front of the evaporatorit seems like something has changed in the manufacturing of this relay in the last year (made in Chinago figure). Not all the heaters will have the problem but to be on the safe side we are going to change them all over to a mechanical relay.... So far we have 58 fixed as of today, 12 booked in for the next week and the 73 others have been notified and will be calling back to a organize repair date.
