22.01.2022 I love this quote by Nicky Hilton because it rings so true to the whole ethos behind I Choose Me. Everyone in their own way, whether they realise it or not, or even like it or not have a distinct style. It is amazing how you can take one item and give it to five different women and how they style it will be completely different. The combinations that they put together and the accessories they add. Some women have various options of a uniform they wear, 'think a classic shirt or white tee with jeans'; others love their activewear tights and want eveything to co-ordinate with those and then there are some that love to mix it up everyday with big bold colours. Through your clothes you show your personality and that is style...and no matter what happens or what trends come and go style will always be in fashion.

05.01.2022 It’s Friday night which normally means pizza night in this house (not tonight it is a fend for yourselves kinda night as I cannot be bothered to cook) but normally I buy lots of toppings and the kids can choose what they like: salami, ham, pineapple, tomato, baby mozzarella etc etc. since being paleo I really do miss a proper pizza with cheese...do any of you eat vegan cheese and have found one you like? All the ones I have tried seem like tasteless rubber what is your favourite combo on a pizza though? Mine would have to be (pre-paleo days) Parma ham, fresh mozzarella and fresh spinach on a tomato base with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic. Ok, now I have made my self hungry lol!
