21.01.2022 Construction Manager Lindsay Ross from Delta Group Pty Ltd recently shared their experience with The Institute of Civil Infrastructure .... Delta Group engaged ICI to support the roll out of a frontline leadership training program for our blue and white collar workforce. From the fundamentals of project management for civil construction to waste management; managing diversity in the workplace to contract management the programme has exceeded all expectations and made posit...ive impact on our NSW operations team. ICI worked with our team to identify course lists and to initiate a self-booking process so the individuals took ownership of their decision to participate. Judging by the feedback we’ve received from all participants, the trainers and course content has made a strong impact. ICI’s flexible delivery helped sustain the program through the initial wave of COVID-19 restrictions thanks to online and in person options. Delta will be reengaging with ICI for the roll out of it next phase in the near future.
