25.01.2022 ICM are pleased to announce we have been awarded the contract for the construction of a new multi-purpose centre at Plympton International College. The two storey extension comprises a performing arts centre on the ground level and the upper level includes music rooms and a multi-purpose area. The classrooms in the adjoining building will also be refurbished as part of the project. ... We look forward to delivering this important project in collaboration with SA Planning, Transport and Infrastructure, Department for Education, South Australia, Walter Brooke and Associates, Trinamic Consultants and Jim Wilson Consulting Engineers.

12.01.2022 Working under the design direction of Darren Dickfos Architects, ICM completed a total refurbishment of the Rocky Glen Hotel gaming room over a tight timeframe. With the timetable for the reopening of gaming facilities set by the Qld Government, it was imperative that the facility was available as soon as the Government allowed gaming machines to reopen. This required the onsite coordination of Brisbane based trades and supplies that were on the critical path for project comp...letion. 06.01.2022 Aced it! ICM were recently awarded the D&C (Design and Construct) contract for the Golden Grove Tennis Club. The ICM team look forward to the successful delivery of the project in collaboration with the City of Tea Tree Gully, Golden Grove Tennis Club, Stallard Meek Architects, Metric Consulting Engineers and TMK Consulting Engineers.... 06.01.2022 The ICM team are quickly progressing through stage 1 of the refurbishment and compliance upgrade at Snowtown Hospital’s Lumeah Homes. The staged programme spans over a 10 month period in which time the building’s footprint will be extended, new service infrastructure installed and a full refurbishment will be completed. These important works are part of the governments focus in boosting regional health services to provide better care, closer to home. ICM are working closely with SA Health to deliver this important project with minimal disruption to the facilities operations.
