25.01.2022 In anticipation of more successful deliveries to come over the month of September, we want to take a look back at the Pacific Pines Dental project that was delivered in early 2019. After a devastating fire, ICM Project Solutions were appointed to restore the Pacific Pines Dental Practice on behalf of their insurer. This was a great opportunity for us to work closely with our client, making several changes to the layout and delivering a better outcome for the clinic and their patients. This was another successful delivery for ICM Project Solutions and we look forward to showing off more completed works in the coming weeks.

17.01.2022 Incredible 1950s Post-War Renovation ICM Project Solutions recently completed a complete renovation of a 1950s post-war home that was badly in need of modernisation. The challenge was that the house was lined with asbestos in its entirety and that whilst functional, the rooms did not provide the open plan living that the owners desired. ... The works encompassed a complete refurbishment of the living, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and current laundry arrangement including modern luxuries such as ducted air conditioning and an in-wall vacuum aid system. Repositioning of the laundry into a butlers pantry style arrangement has also provided the owners with a highly functional floorplan whilst not increasing the size of the home. Upon completion, the tired floorboards were given a complete refresh which gave the home a modern interior whilst maintaining the charm of its 1950s heritage. 08.01.2022 Another day, another successfully completed project. ICM Project Solutions were engaged by FAL Property Group to complete a tenancy-split at Ormeau, QLD. The initial scope of works required a refurbishment to the vacated tenancy which would allow a new tenant to resume the space. It was later disclosed that the tenancy would be split between the existing Veterinary Practice as an intended extension and create a new front tenancy, Wise Guys Barbers. ... 03.01.2022 You might get a kick out of our first completed project for 2020. Here at ICM Project Solutions, we were busy over the break finalising insurance repairs to the Mitchelton Football Club. After a car drove through the front facade of the club during a break and enter, we were engaged by the insurer to complete the repair works to the building. ... Were looking forward to completing and showcasing more works in 2020.

Hail damages to residential properties can decrease the serviceable-life of the roofs on Queensland homes, so we are engaged to repair, replace and restore - like this complete re-roof below.
