20.01.2022 Men’s Fitness DESCRIPTION Least muscular of the Men’s Categories with emphasis on an overall balance between upper and lower body while maintaining an athletic appearance. Lean condition which allows 6 pack abs, capped shoulders and back definition to be seen however not as extreme in condition as Men’s Physique or Bodybuilding. JUDGING ... Balance between all muscle groups with emphasis on 6-pack and athletic appearance. Symmetry and overall balance are a major judging factor. Stage presence and confidence of an athletic model. Overall aesthetically pleasing look. ATTIRE Athletic shorts or mid-thigh board shorts. No shoes required. GENERAL Men’s Fitness Models should present themselves as well-groomed athletic models with a bright smile. This includes the stand, posing, transitions, self-confidence and overall presentation.

20.01.2022 Ms. Classic Figure (previously Figure International) DESCRIPTION A good amount of muscularity and lean condition. High degree of symmetry. JUDGING ... Symmetry is the key factor with good muscle balance and lean condition. Balance between top/bottom, side/side, front/back. STAGE WALK Figure competitors walk on stage and present themselves on the line in the middle of the stage in a relaxed position. As a group the following is performed - Symmetry round 4 quarter turns (front pose, side pose, back pose and opposite side pose)

18.01.2022 ICompete Natural NT would like to advise that the competition scheduled for 29 September 2019 has been cancelled. We offer our sincere apologies as we realise that competitors may have commenced training and preparation for this date. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the promoters are unable to commit to delivering this event however we encourage Northern Territory competitors to visit the ICN Australia website and Facebook page for a list of competitions running throughout Australia. 16.01.2022 It’s no secret times are tough and Darwin is feeling the pinch. We all know it won’t be forever and that our fine city will bounce back better than ever! Once this occurs, you can be sure the ICompete Natural NT competition will return however there are no planned dates for 2020. We realise only too well that this is disappointing, however it is unrealistic for competitions to run without the numbers required to make it a worthy event. For those wishing to compete, there... is a calendar of interstate and international ICN events on the ICN Australia website and we will support and cheer you on as proud NT competitors. Toned body, no visible 6 pack abs but still maintaining a flat and toned midsection. JUDGING GUIDELINES ... emphasis on shape, symmetry and toned condition. Other factors, stage presence, confidence, tanning and posing. Not judged on muscularity. ATTIRE Two-piece stage bikini, any fabric, connectors and crystals. Stage jewellery of choice, along with clear stage heels. GENERAL A bikini competitor should deliver a combination of overall beauty and the physical appeal of a shapely toned body together with stage and self-confidence

Overall model appearance. ATTIRE Two-piece stage bikini, jewellery of choice along with clear stage heels. GENERAL Fitness Models should present themselves as models. This includes the walk, stand, posing, self-confidence and overall beauty and presentation.
