24.01.2022 We have made a further decision to award PRO Cards at the Southern Cross Championships as this will allow Open competitors unable to enter SA to compete in VIC. Notwithstanding it gives competitors at the Australian Championship another event in the space of one week after such a challenging year. PRO cards at the Southern Cross Championships will be awarded on merit that means not all winners will be given a card - or it may mean that more than one competitor in the same division receives a PRO card. Hurry entries close Tuesday 8th December

14.01.2022 The news we have been waiting for ICN Australians is a full go ahead. SA hard COVID-19 border closure will ease on December 1, allowing Victorians to freely enter South Australia for the first time in months. Those travelling between the two states will no longer be required to self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival in South Australia.

10.01.2022 ICN Victoria would like to thank Melita & Matt for their outstanding work as our official front Stage photographers, due to as with all other gyms in Victoria their fitness studio has taken quite a hit with the lockdowns. by the time they open up next Monday they will have been closed for 30weeks this year. They really want to focus on getting their business up and running again. Both Matt and Melita feel that this will require a lot of work and time. We want to wish them bo...th all the very best. 06.01.2022 Running Program for Sunday's ICN MELBOURNE CHAMPIONSHIPS. Due to some divisions with big numbers, We have split some divisions into height classes. Each division will come on stage in the order listed. Please realize it is impossible to know how long each division will take to be judged to give you an actual stage time. This is an approximation to give you something to go by in advance. Please Make sure you share this for friends and family and ask anyone coming to watch you to be at the show 60 minutes prior to your estimated stage time to ensure they don't miss you.

04.01.2022 VICTORIAN CALENDAR UPDATE With Victoria still in lockdown and auditoriums not open yet we have made the following changes to 2020 Season B. Foremost in our mind during Covid-19 is to provide our contests as soon as restrictions allow. This means we have anticipated pushing events back in the season so a contest is ready as soon as restrictions lift. Victorian Changes:... 1. Bendigo Titles will move from October 18 to November 15 and renamed The Southern Cross Regional Championships (to amalgamate the Bendigo and Ballarat events). 2. A Transformation show has been added at the Southern Cross event in Bendigo November 15. (If we cannot run the Southern Cross on this date we go Dec 13) 3. Victorian Championships have pushed back from October 10/11 to November 21/22. 4. If November events are not permitted in Victoria, there will be no qualification required for Victorian competitors to enter the Australian Championships. 5. The Australian Championships in Adelaide has been pushed back to December 6 and now include the Australian PRO Show. 6. The Ballarat and Oceania events are cancelled for 2020. See more

04.01.2022 Overall Female Champion

03.01.2022 Following the Government announcement on Sunday November 8th that indoor venues are capped at a capacity of 40 people until Monday November 23rd, the 2020 Victorian Championships due for November 22nd, have been cancelled. Now with the official cancellation of the State Championships, Victorian competitors are permitted to compete without prequalifying at the Australian Championships in South Australia on Sunday December 6th. The border restrictions will need to lift within ...the next four weeks for this to be an option. With NSW lifting restrictions on November 23rd, we hope SA will follow very shortly after! However, we are excited to look forward to the December 12-13 Southern Cross Regional Championships as they now look a certainty with indoor restrictions increasing to 100 on November 23rd. Which is enough time to allow for a further increase in the capacity 14 days after on December 7th. We expect to run the event over both Saturday and Sunday to enable spectators and competitors to experience a contest in Victoria close to normal. We will provide further updates closer to the event as restrictions change.
