25.01.2022 Shiny, nourished and beautiful this winter! (part 2) Sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, rockmelon and mangoes all contain an anti-oxidant called beta carotene. Your body converts beta carotene into vitamin A, which helps protect against dry, dull hair....
