24.01.2022 This monster single storey residence with basement recently completed by the team at DTL Constructions is surely an award winner. The scale of this build is deceiving. To put it in perspective this residence has 6.1 meter ceilings throughout. The structure comprised of full concrete masonry construction with a flat plate raft basement slab to avoid expensive deep piling. @ Hope Island, Gold Coast, Queensland 4212
