24.01.2022 It’s nearly race time!! So I’ve had a busy off season with work and trying to get my family’s 4th generation racer Jetty boys sled ready for his first speedway season, jets kart is coming along nicely, my wingless sprintcar has been to get pre race season engine and over all checks , we hit track in the wingless for round 1 at Valvoline raceway parramatta September 28 and jet hits the track late October which I’m so pumped for and so is he Yet again massive thanks to my wife Kylie for letting me follow my dreams and my awesome crew Brandon Jae, Jasmine Sara, Kev Hopwood Terry hopwood , Mitch Brien ,Dave Brien with out you guys racing wouldn’t be possible We start this season with a car worthy of good results I just need to drive smart , stay out of trouble , and pray for some good luck

20.01.2022 First ever race at valvoline raceway tonight, Im a little nervous , but after practice Im feeling a little relieved I can get it around the track with fairly good speed for those that are coming my family will be sitting under the big sign on the grass hill on turn 1 corner closest to the m4 , see you there

16.01.2022 Great night racing, had my first interview on clay-per-view probably sound like a goof ball , Heat 1 - start p5 finish 4th Heat 2 -start p4 finish 2nd almost taking heat win We were to start the A -main in p5... Qualified 5th fastest in the heats , it was a inverted first 10 so I stay in p5 , didnt get to race the A-main due to a serious accident in the f500 senior series , but we clocked our fastest lap times ever And fastest lap time for each race and almost having fastest lap time over the whole field of 40 odd cars tonight , the car was great with only a few hick ups , thanks to my crew and beautiful wife I had a sick night just wish I got a crack at the feature race. 16.01.2022 Saturday night 20/1/18 racing starts 430pm I will be having a crack at my first title night , the NSW title is going to be pretty big , we got a good baseline now for our set up and the car feels like its got easier to steer and I can put it where I want its going to be a hard night of racing but with very little experience Im still going to go balls deep and see what the team can come up with massive thanks to uncle terry, Brandon ,kev jasmine , Braydon ,jase, mitch and Dave for helping out in the pits if anyone is keen to get on the tools let me know, the more the merrier

07.01.2022 Practice went well , my driving was a bit sketchy but car in the last heat was strong and very fast , big thanks to Coastal driveline specialist,Top gun cranes, hardiquip, sigh shine and my crew uncle terry , Kev , dave, Ramie and mitch looking forward to our first race of the season , Wingless war on wheels Oct/ 6/ 18 at Valvoline raceway

06.01.2022 Im a bit scared and excited to be putting Brandon Jae ,my little nephew in my sprintcar on Saturday night, for a run around Valvoline Raceway which he will be 5th generation of Newmans hitting the big oval track since 1961 we have his Licence and gear ready we just need some last finishing touches on the sprintcar , and we are good to go , a small reward for helping me in the pits I hope he loves it This will also give me a chance to get in it ready for next season and help with our 2018/2019 prep so we can push a little harder and keep that progression we are after
