19.01.2022 Dear Iconic Lash & Beauty Clients Let me start this post by saying I am writing this with a very heavy heart. As most of my clients are already aware for some time now I have been traveling from Mackay to NSW due to personal family matters. After much careful consideration and thought I have unfortunately decided that Iconic Lash & Beauty Mackay will be closing temporarily with not yet a exact date of reopening as I have decided to relocate home to NSW to be with my famil...y during this time. As a business owner this was not a decision that I took lightly. We do apologise for the short notice as this has been one of the hardest decisions iv ever had to make and it was not easy and there is just never enough time to make such a sad decision but yes this is temporary and I can’t wait to eventually return I would like to take a moment to thank you all for the many years of support and loyalty to Iconic Lash and Beauty. When embarking on this journey I had no idea how far my business would come. Your support has truly gotten Iconic Lash & Beauty to where it is today. Let me also take a moment to say thank you for making us a part of your lives, we appreciate you and the friendships that have been formed over the years they are truly special and will never be forgotten, we thank you for putting your trust into our hands. Thank you for your loyalty, patience,love & understanding I couldn’t thank you all enough just know I appreciate each and every single beautiful soul that has walked through those salon doors, I’m going to miss you all so much and I hope to see you very soon when I return in full force full time and happy and healthy we will announce the date of return when known Please send me a message if you get stuck for recommendations for other amazing lash tech in Mackay that I can recommend to you as I’d be more then happy to do so if you want to know any information about your lashes to pass on to your new tech I’d be happy to send through your file For any future appointments for Mackay clients that have been booked I will be personally contacting you if I haven’t already in regards to your appointments.
