20.01.2022 This time last year we were up on stage at the amazing Ipswich Combined Teachers Dance Festival having the time of our lives. Now we are all dancing from our ho...mes, but we are still keeping the passion for dance alive! Today WestMAC Dance launched our online tutorials available for students on the NEST platform, and we are so excited to see their smiling faces each week at our lunch time video conference rehearsals! Stay tuned for footage of some fun weekly dance challenges the students have been set. Challenge #1: make your household chores into a dance!

19.01.2022 Welcome to the Christmas in Storyland page We are so excited to recreate the magic that was once Christmas in Storyland (a Brisbane City Hall tradition that s...panned many decades: early 1930s to mid 1990s) and bring that special magic to life again for a new generation to enjoy. A huge Christmas tree, an enchanting ‘once upon a time’ story, beautiful costumes, hundreds of talented young performers and an all singing, all dancing pantomime production is set to hit the South Bank Piazza (Brisbane City) on December 11, 12 & 13. Did we mention that Santa will be there too OPEN AUDITIONS are planned for October 11 (more detailed info on how to register your interest will follow soon). Meanwhile get excited ... 16.01.2022 I would just like to say a special Thank You to all the teachers and their studios for their support of cancelling our Dance FestIval. It certainly was a heartbreaking decision but unfortunately one that had to be made, and all your positive emails has definitely hardened the blow. I look forward to seeing you all in 2021 for a bigger and brighter Dance Festival. Refunds are being processed so please check your bank account in the next week. 15.01.2022 Today should have been the first day of the Dance Festival. So today I would love see any photos and videos from Primary and High School Groups from last year. Also I hope to see lots of entries in our fun Dance Challenge to Were All In This Together. Please refer to my live video for more info. We need your entries by Saturday Night or Sunday Morning. All entries will be on this Page on Monday and we will have live adjudication at 7.30pm Monday Night. 1st $50 2nd $30 3rd... $20. It will be adjudicated by the lovely Lesly Stevenson from Newcastle.
