25.01.2022 Slab stage. This stage in a build can usually either make it or break it, with so many variables and unforeseen items such as weather it takes a great team to pull it all together . This slab consisted of 2mtr deep piers at 2m centres with also a stiffened system throughout which was designed to be poured insitu with the piers . 22.01.2022 Sneak peak. This turn table has been a first for us and we honestly could not be happier with how it turned out, no pun intended. Problem solving with this specific aspect of this build was ensuring the 7 months ago we allowed deep enough drainage under the house slab to ensure driveway water coming down the hill could drain and not flood the garage. Preparation .

04.01.2022 Renovation are tricky business. Any builder can build a new home but with so many uncertainties and opportunities for things to go wrong in a renovation, it takes an army of good trades that are not only extremely skilled in doing them but also have the experience to know how the specific home was built 100 years ago.
