19.01.2022 With the Corona Virus prompting panic purchasing of toilet paper, now is a good time to remind you of the Three Ps: pee, poo and (toilet) paper. These are the only three things that should be flushed down your toilet. Ever. Please DO NOT flush tissues, wet wipes (including the "flushable" toilet wipes), cotton balls, cotton buds, make-up remover pads, or any sanitary products.... While they may appear to have been "flushed away", our experience tells us they are most likely to be trapped somewhere in your drain, just waiting to cause havoc and block your pipes.

18.01.2022 This is a good reminder not to pour fats and oils down the kitchen sink! It is also really important not to flush anything that shouldnt be flushed!! Many people flush leftover food down the toilet, or pour surplus paint etc down the drain. If you do this, you may want to keep our number handy, as you will need to ring sooner rather than later

01.01.2022 Who said that only painters - not plumbers - could create feature walls? One of our customers, Matthew, is predicting a very wet Winter, and asked Joe to help him harvest as much of that free rainwater as possible. The result? A wall of rainwater tanks that has completely transformed this dead space under the verandah! Along with a couple of extra tanks, Matthew now has the capacity to store over 10,000 litres of rain water!!
