All Domestic Orders over $50* = Free Registered Post (Aus)... All Domestic Orders over $60* = Free Express Post (Aus) All International Orders over $60* = $25.00 Max. Discounted Combined Parcel Post (including any free pens shown on listing & tracking). *Items must be able to be packaged together to qualify for combined free postage deal. For example the A3 whiteboards are extremely flexible & designed/required to be packaged in tubes and can be sent together. Whereas, most of the A4, A5 & A6 magnets etc. have to be posted flat. 05.01.2022 ...And another week gone!!! :O Hope you are all keeping well and getting started with your Christmas shopping ahead of time. Remember to take advantage of our November free Registered Parcel or Express Post deals if ordering over $50 & $60 (consecutively) to get it quicker. I recently noticed eBay has finally changed it's post options to specifically to include 'Letter' post. But this means the 'standard' previously selected has now defaulted to Parcel Post?! :( So we are sti...ll getting through the updates on all listings to make sure this is accurately reflecting the expected service and the 'anticipated' delivery times (which I believe is still questionable/wishful thinking under the current circumstances). 04.01.2022 Hello! A quick heads up for all of our International (Overseas) Customers. Remember to check what postal services your country is allowing eg. Letter &/or Parcel Post etc. We had a Sri Lankan 'Letter' Post article rejected earlier this week because they are only accepting Parcel Post at the moment, well at least from Australia anyway, that I know for sure. As most of our articles are sent via 'Letter' post services, be sure to request or select it unless 'Parcel' post service... is already specified as standard. 04.01.2022 Just a quick note, as we've had a couple of queries recently re delayed post for orders placed around the Easter Long Weekend. I have recently been reminded about the nasty flooding event we had along the East Coast of Qld & NSW during this period. And Australia Post has announced possible delays due to transit difficulties & road closures etc. as a result. So this definitely could have affected some deliveries. 03.01.2022 Hello All, Australia Post last week has advised customers to buy online early this Christmas to avoid disappointment from inevitable delivery schedule increases. As of March this year due to COVID they have experienced a massive increase in post volumes from online buying uptake. Whilst this is good business for us it also has the downside of customers expectations for delivery turnarounds not meeting schedules advertised on eBay or Australia Post sites. We wish to Thank all ...those customers who have so graciously accepted this circumstance that is completely out of our control and again suggest, like Australia Post. That if something is time critical to order early and/or decide whether 'Express Post' would be preferred for more peace of mind. Remembering that while it is definitely quicker, Express also no longer carries any guarantee of overnight or to exact time frames previously advertised either, as a result of current logistics challenges faced. For International/Overseas customers we are still offering a Air Parcel Post service for $25AUD for up to approx. 1kg on most products, which does include the FREE whiteboard pens where listed. Please feel free to request this before checkout/payment so this option can be added if preferred to Sea Post (no free pens or tracking). Hope this is helpful.
