05.01.2022 There is an expiry date to any crises, external and internal. If time is a precursor, this phase won't last forever either. It doesn't matter what others say, the fact remains that we humans like bad news as much as good ones. The chaos we experience is more of an evolutionary response to a threat i.e. "Fight": (I hate whatever is happening and I need to hold someone responsible) "Flight": (I don't want to know what is happening around me), or in some cases, "Freeze": (I do...n't know what to do, my life is ruined!). There's always a hype created to anything new and then the novelty wears out. The novelty of Covid-19 will wear out too. Economy will again set on its path to recovery and we will all be back to our super-busy routine. It will happen and that too in a not so distant future although not as quick as today. For now just hang in there people. And while you do, make small, achievable goals. Accomplish these small goals, and get some control, some normalcy back into your lives. It can be anything. Learning or creating something new or making yourself better at what you are already familiar with. It's ok to feel emotional, frustrated and lost. Nevertheless, there is more help available around you so never be too shy to ask, and there's a lot of fight left in you so keep working on your skills. Clear your thoughts by relaxing your mind and then figure out whom to ask for help. Sometimes the answer is within you so be aware of your own thoughts.
