24.01.2022 Project: Cayman Islands L'Shape Contemporary Modern Home Client: Richard The design a 4000 - 4500 sq foot L-shaped contemporary home with a pool on a double fronted canal block the client has purchased in the Cayman Islands.... The client required a floor plan design and 3d visualization. 2 floors 4 renders They wanted the property need to have a kitchen, living room, inside dining, outside dining space with bbq area, 3 x bedrooms include a master suite bedroom, mother in law suite with own bathroom, 3.5 bathrooms, garage for 3 cars, pool, foyer, laundry, office. The feel of the house with clean lines, minimalistic, palm springs / mid-century inspired, inside / outside living for a tropical lifestyle, natural light-filled. The House is a concrete slab that needs to be elevated to a height of 4 feet. This is due to local regulations as it is a canal block. The Ground floor will ideally not exceed 2,500 feet (including garage). This is due to minimizing the cost of having to raise the concrete block elevation. The House should not exceed 4000 feet total size, excluding the pool.

Joelle Software. 3dsmax, vray, ps 6 bathrooms. we only made 3d modeling and rendering or Master, bathrooms, the style, and inspirations based on the mood board. It hasnt a detailed mood board. but enough to imagine the concept.... The floor tile continues behind the vanity as indicated. The wall between the vanity and toilet actually goes up to the ceiling The client prefers a floating vanity with a wood stain. The faucets for the basins are wall-mounted.

Furnished area, open concept living room, with a dining area and kitchen behind it, including the room measurements and descriptions of some of the materials used. The client required 3D rendering. With a fairly modern style because of the large steel windows, but the interior will be more transitional. a warm feeling, like a beach house. The floor plan gives an idea of the size of the space and where everything is. The drawing is drawn as though standing at the media unit. Having a large television with a drawer underneath, but instead of cabinetry on either side, will have two panels painted to look like coral. Grey beige carpet, textured like soft jute. The couch similarly shaped, they dont plan to use chairs with wood arms, either in the living room or at the dining table. The floors are a wide plank, light almost bleached, smooth wood. The cabinetry of the kitchen light gray with a cream-colored Caesarstone countertop. There are two sculptures featured, they are both large pieces of bleached driftwood. we removed the one by the front door and instead have a side table against the entry wall, with one or two large baskets under it. The ceiling shows beams; they are a white/cream colored board and batten finish. The small bar area on the left will be glass shelves and cabinets, with a cream Caesarstone top. a specific wood design. The dining table wood table top designed to look similar to a surfboard. The artwork as mentioned, its a textured piece of art that shows the idea. Finally the wood on the bar. and the tiles put together. Each of the tiles is actually 2 by 2 inches. The driftwood sculptures are one on the far left, and then one on the right beside the window, in the drawing. The sculpture on the left is on a low table, they dont want it at the entryway. Instead, they like a side table up against the wall. The chair that is more similar in style to what we use, but in color or fabric from the living room mood board. 14.01.2022 1103-Panel Connections The client has some drawings already and would like a 3D design, and some ideas on different panel connections. Well, he sent a design already done to show us, it is not a normal type of building we used to work with. It is aluminum post and beam structure, that has panels attached to plywood from the inside and outside, it is a modular building, He would like to show a detailed plan and maybe get better ideas that are better than what he using already.... It is similar to the container house. But all modular and uses panels that are connected with fast mount connectors. He asked for different renders on the inside and outside. and wanted advice on certain panel connections if something would work better for the connections and making it weather tight. Similar to the building being modular it can change panels as the client wishes with different finishes and thicknesses. So you can show all the connections use in detail. The aluminum is extrusions so no need to know how it all fixes together. And panel sizes thicknesses? with some pics to show the details of the structure. The red is the main primary framing 100mm x 100mm extruded aluminum. And the green is the secondary framing 50mm x 100mm extruded aluminum. Will use SIPs panels for the roof 150mm thick. would probably use plywood for the walls and then the main interior panels of choice can be fast mount clipped on to the plywood. And come up with a better method of using the fast mount clips.

He wants the oculus to be flush with the four ridges but need it to follow the contour of the valleys in between With glazing to the rim of the oculus at the ridge point. He wants natural light penetrating the interior of our rotunda. There is an additional fountain water feature, but that is easy enough. He needs to sort the oculus detail.
