14.01.2022 IETS Queensland recently carried out an inspection and testing of a property raided by the police due to a clandestine methamphetamine lab, as you can see from the photos there was no identifiable staining, all 14 swabs returned higher than the Australian guidelines of 0.5g/100cm2 with the highest on the air conditioner reading 570g/100cm2 with walls reading up to 61g/100cm2. 12.01.2022 Tenant rang IETS Queensland concerned about mould in there rental and there ongoing health issues, real estate told the tenant any mould was from having wet clothes in her room and did not want to do anything. Inspection found water damages to ceiling in bedroom, loungeroom, dining room and kitchen, water damage from hot water system 2 months prior never dried, laundry door and external eaves.
