20.01.2022 Completion of Future Caliph Program for Children in 2020 by #ifam Canberra (ACT) "Future Caliphs" is a structured program, designed to equip Muslim Youth with leadership skills, imbued with Islamic knowledge. This program seeks to empower Muslim youngsters with the qualities and knowledge they need to follow in the footsteps of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Using the Quran and Sunnah, the Future Caliphs are taught skills they require to become powerful leaders and implement in their everyday lives. #ifamaustralia

18.01.2022 Mayor of Blacktown had meeting with different organisations executive including House of Sakinah a project of #CharityAustralia International. He acknowledged the efforts we’re doing for the betterment of society especially for women. Here’s what he said on his social media outlet: It was pleasure to recently get funding for three wonderful organisations that operate in Blacktown City. I was able to divert funds from the Mayoral Allowance to help the Community Access West...ern Sydney group, the Women Support Centre, House of Sakinah and RuffTRACK at Riverstone. CAWS promote, protect and defend the rights of people with disability. The House of Sakinah provides support to all women in a safe environment and RuffTrack provides mentoring and training for our at risk youth. I had a great meeting with Chris Laurie from CAWS, Firdousi Obeidullah from the House of Sakinah and Georgia Cherrie from RuffTrack and hopefully the funds will help them in the great work they do for our community.
