25.01.2022 The Government has finally eased restrictions on gyms as of 12pm TODAY (Friday, 3rd July). WERE BACK BABY!! What does this mean for you? 1) 24/7 access is a thing again! Thats right, you can workout anytime of the day or night when it suits you.... 2) Unlimited workout times. Weve lifted the 45 minute workout restriction - workout for as long as your heart desires. 3) Staffed hours have returned to normal. 4) Maximum capacity of 20 people - GONE. No more waiting during the busy periods, or lonely workouts, bring your friends in and have a blast. 5) 24/7 access is a thing again! Thats right, you can workout any time of the day or night when it suits you.t desires. PLEASE keep in mind: 1) Do not enter if showing symptoms of sickness. By exercising in the morning you are less likely to not train. There fear destination and you more energy and :Better focus. Studies have shown that by excising in the morning that it may improve attention, visual learning and decision making. :Better sleep. Studies have shown by exercising in the morning you are more like to get better quality that night.

We’ve all heard about the recent COVID cases in Queensland, and because our Park Ridge club is so involved in the community that has been affected, whilst there have been no cases in the club we simply had to make the decision to temporarily close the Park Ridge club this afternoon for a few days. Again, while no cases have been reported in the club and no action has been made mandatory by the Government, we believe taking this precautionary action will help contai...n things until authorities have had a chance to assess what’s happening and formulate a plan so that there is no chance for it to spread further throughout Queensland. It’s our way of doing what we can to help. Please Note: This only affects the Park Ridge club - No other club closures have taken place, it’s fitness as usual, this is simply to keep you informed. It’s in times like this we are so proud to be Queenslanders. We’ve been known to shine brightest in the hard times, because we’re here for each other. We’ve got this. As of midday today Monday, 23rd March 2020 we, along with many other businesses, will be closing our doors following the advice from the Australian Federal Government in response to flattening the curve and impact of COVID-19. The length of this temporary closure is dependent upon the Australian Federal Governments advice.... Please be assured that you and our teams are our highest priority! We will place your membership on hold automatically for the duration of the lockdown. We will also continue the cleaning and maintenance of the club so that we can welcome you back into your fitness home when were open. These are crazy times!...
