25.01.2022 New Class Timetable!! We have added four more classes to the previous scheduled. We would love your feedback regarding times for the classes. If you are having any issues booking in for classes or would like some more information regarding the class type please call the club on 0459 432 376

24.01.2022 New Weekly Challenge!! This week we will be doing a pull up challenge! The challenge is simple, using the inside grip perform as many full motion chip ups as possible until failure. Must be in front of an Ifeelgood Wynnum staff member to be counted. We are keen to see the awesome results for this one!
