01.01.2022 Remove, rebuild and render warped PVC trims over polystyrene walls. Replaced with more suitable metal trims and ready for paint.

01.01.2022 Launceston is covered in the galvanised steel pressed roofing sheets. Unfortunately the practice of walking on them correctly has been forgotten on this one. Now find the leak!
