Just as long as you use a bit of colour contrasting to keep it interesting My kids are wanting lots of treats over these holidays so without cutting fruit up and placing it in front of their reach its going to continue. its very easy for my kids to eat like this as its tempting enough and not just for guests. infact anyone would eat it. I used 1 fig, 2 KP Mangoes, 1 kiwi, 4 Lychees, 15 Large Cherries, 1 Apricot, little bunch of green grapes cut up in mini bunches and 1 white Peach. Mix it up and platter up...and you have it. 21.01.2022 Talk about heaven on a plate when all you want is a simple dinner. Easy to bake and although summer is creeping in we are still in love with sweet potatoes so for an easy dinner side dish, just preheat oven at 200 degrees, scrub skin clean, bake one whole, and drizzle it with EVOO, paprika, garlic powder, and ground pepper. Poke it with a fork a few times and aim for 50mins pending oven, it really goes well with any salad, yoghurt or cream cheese, or even a nice honey glazed chicken or brisket. Delish

They have thin skin that peels more easily than grapefruit, with a slightly more tart (though still sweet) flavour than mandarins. 02.01.2022 Roasted Capsicums Preheat oven at 200 degrees Wash and pat dry 6-8 Red Capsicums (depending on size mine are 6 x medium size ) Line them on a non stick baking paper ~evenly on a tray ... Roast in oven for 40- 45 mins (depending on capsicum sizes and oven more time may be required) Remove from oven when skin is blistered and black (dont worry it needs to look burnt) and they shrink/ saggy this ensures capsicums skin to peel off easily ~ check out my picture. Fix a colander over a bowl to catch peel away skin, seeds. (a little Italian lady taught me this great tip) wait for 10 minutes then start to peel the skin away and all the seeds will fall out. This also helps the natural capsicum juices to slip into the bowl (thats under it). Italians love the juices. Remove the colander. Rid the waste to compost. Pour over the capsicums a quality extra virgin olive oil, pinch of salt and cut a garlic clove in half. Its done! Serve with toasted or fresh ciabatta bread or a low carb addition to a grazing platter with cheese and seed crackers enjoy the European way of eating roasted capsicums all year round #buonappetito #eathealthy #ifruitfresh

Julius 6 Yrs old left at 2pm with his dad and Sammy 8 Yrs old continued with mum till close. That’s a 14 hour shift. Crazy but he just kept going.
