In this workshop, there will be over 30 different tastings, demonstrations and take home ferments. Tim has been learning and experimenting with 100s of different ferments for 25+ years, and is passionate about sharing his knowledge about gut health, and also some of his special ferments with you, so you can get your health on track, or take it to another level.
