12.01.2022 While we are no longer barricading our Grocery section on Wednesday, we are still limited to how many people we can have in an aisle at any one time which is only two (2). As we restock our shelves Wednesday morning and have a large number of staff working within the store we must still be aware of this limit and therefore we ask that you consider the time you shop with us each Wednesday. If you can leave your shopping until later in the day it would be extremely helpful to ...us and would avoid the need for us to again close up the Grocery section. We thank you for your patience while we continue to protect our staff and you our customer. REUSABLE BAGS: We are welcoming re-usable bags in our store, however we require you to pack your own bags to minimise contact for our staff. As we are allowing your bags back in our store we will also be reintroducing the 10c fee on our green biodegradable bags at our register. Thank you for your understanding.

04.01.2022 I have received many, many questions today regarding shopping so thought I would prepare this to help you. A number of examples with suggested best options- it...s a common sense guide. You will note its suggested best options - its obvious and common sense. Its broad and general in nature- if you have to care and shop for "Aunty Judy" there isnt a specific "Aunty Judy" example- you need to apply your common sense using my suggestions. EXAMPLE ONE- Family with 2 adult partners and child/ children- BEST OPTION - one of the adults does the shopping whilst other adult stays home with the child/ children and preferably a weekly/ fortnightly shop rather than daily one. EXAMPLE TWO- Parent who shares custody of child or children with former partner/s- BEST OPTION- doing the shopping whilst child or children are with other parent and preferably a weekly / fortnightly shop rather than daily one. EXAMPLE THREE - Sole parent who has exclusive custody of child or children -BEST OPTION-doing the shopping whilst child or children are at school or childcare, next best result has to be doing shopping together with child or children but less frequently- eg a weekly /fortnightly shop rather than daily one. EXAMPLE FOUR -Single person - no other dependents- BEST OPTION -Minimising shopping trips - preferably a weekly/ fortnightly shop rather than daily one. NOTE- I understand there are grocery restrictions/ limits. I guess what Im getting at is avoiding a daily shop for that days meals. Minimising visits to what suits your family situation is the key. Simple examples with common sense best options- hope this helps. Common sense about your own personal situation is your best friend at the moment. Apply it at every opportunity
