20.01.2022 Frozen Apple Margarita Salt, to serve 1 lime, halved 2 cups (500ml) Sparkling Apple Juice 1 cup (250ml) tequila (optional)... 2 teaspoons finely grated lime rind 2 tablespoons lime juice 4 cups ice cubes 4 slices green apple Lime zest, to serve METHOD Step 1 Place salt on a plate. Run the cut side of the lime around the rims of serving glasses. Dip in the salt to coat. Step 2 Place sparkling apple juice, tequila, if using, lime rind, lime juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour evenly among the glasses. Step 3 Decorate with apple slices and lime zest.

18.01.2022 Got some left over bread and tomatoes? Try this delicious recipe! Roast Tomatoes and Sourdough with Gorgonzola Dolce SERVES 6. PREP TIME 10MINS. COOK TIME 1HR. INGREDIENTS .300g sourdough, thickly sliced... .8 medium tomatoes .250g cherry tomatoes on the vine .6 garlic cloves, unpeeled .1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle .Thinly sliced gorgonzola dolce (substitute other blue cheese) and basil leaves, to serve METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 200C. 2. Toss sourdough, tomatoes, garlic and oil in a baking dish and roast for 1 hour or until tomatoes are blistered. Scatter with gorgonzola and basil leaves, and drizzle with extra oil to serve.
