24.01.2022 During these tough times, this lady thought she was entitled to not paying for extra services because "the other places does it cheaper". She tried to extort us... to a discounted price after taking out extra services and threaten to not pay at all unless she gets the extra services for free. After we refused to give into her extortions, she walked off. Small businesses such as ours have been forced to shut down during the covid lock down, Christmas trading traffic is the only time of the year where we can recover some of our losses through the off-peak and lockdown. For her to do this to us during these difficult times, it's very disheartening as a small business owner. If anyone knows this lady, please encourage her to do the right thing by coming back in to pay. See more
