11.01.2022 Important message Cancellation/No show/Late arrivals Hi all I hope you are having a lovely week, just a few little messages, reminders and a few little changes I need to let you know of Cancellation I am more than happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with the common courtesy that you give me 24 hours notice as I then am able to book someone else in your spot. You will notice on the online booking system you are unable to cancel within 6 hours of your appointmen...t. If an emergency or something important has come up I understand and will happily move/cancel your appointment. No show appointments I do not tolerate no show appointments as you will get a message 24 hours before your appointment reminding you, if you are unable to turn up PLEASE CANCEL. There should be no excuse for a no show appointment unless something urgent has happened. Late arrivals If you are late by 5-10mins I will send you a message just to double check you are coming. Any appointment that is 15mins or over your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will have to rebook and are marked down as a no show. As you know my day is run by appointments and I do not leave a large gap in between appointments. Therefore require you to be on time to your appointment made. It is unfair to clients who book to make them wait and therefore makes me run behind. UPDATE on Eyebrow Feathering. I will now require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the time of your booking as this is a 2 hour slot. No shows or cancellations under 24 hours will mean the forfeit of your deposit.
