The truth is, people act out to show their current stress levels and trauma responses, while not having the capacity to give you the love, kindness, or respect they haven't given themselves. When you remember that you are the mirror of consciousness, and not the one searching for any degree of reflection, you will discover yourself as the light that others are realizing in themselves and integrating into being. 21.01.2022 We dont need to drop our story or let go of where we came from... your not the one who lets IT go... Your the one who LETS go.. so that what is really gripping you can let go of you. The purpose of your story is to give you tangible, real life experience of why you're feeling the way you're feeling. What your feeling is a healing taking place. When you feel guilt or shame.. thats what is being integrated in that moment. The purpose of a story is to give attention to our emot...ions. In the beginning you will attach to the emotions with a story about who caused it, who's to blame, there will be judgements, but at least it brings attention to the emotional body. As you evolve you'll find yourself releasing and clearing a lot of the density of the story. You'll begin to realise that any healing taking place is a gift to your evolution and that you're not a victim to your circumstances. 20.01.2022 When I asked my client to describe all the ways 8 weeks of consistent breathwork had impacted her life... It has impacted me on all levels. Physically, emotionally and spiritually. On a physical level it did something unbelievable to me. Due to my 2 pregnancies I developed varicose veins on my left leg. Especially, on my upper leg. As well as that, I had an enlarged lymph node on the left side of my groin. I developed the varicose veins 15 years ago and the enlarged node m...ust have been there for at least 10 years. In my first session my 3 lower chakras opened up and an enormous amount of energy went into my legs. That was where the biggest shift happened I think. I kept doing the breathwork on a regular basis and a few months later I noticed that most of the varicose veins were either gone or almost not visible anymore!! Yesterday, I discovered that the lump in my groin is gone too.... I CAN’T BELIEVE IT!! This is incredible.. Emotionally, it has a huge impact too. The best thing of it is that I developed (or found back) an inner piece. If, for instance, one of my family members is emotionally unstable, I’m not really affected by that anymore. The emotions of other persons or events outside of me don’t impact my emotions anymore. As an empath my emotions would ping pong with other’s feelings. It’s life changing for me but also the ones around me. Spiritually, many things have opened up for me too. I had beautiful visions while doing the breathwork and I made contact with many shamanic guides/spirits/animals. A whole new dimension for me. I started to make paintings of it which I never did before so my creativity started to flow as well. As you see, it has impacted my life hugely! When we master the art of connecting deeply with ourselves we embody trust... trust that everything will work out, trust that we dont need to know all the answers now, trust that things will unfold in the right timing, trust that the next step will become clear when we approach it. ... This then allows us to be present with whats going on in the here and now. Present with our emotions. Present with other people. The ability to not take things personally and to know that everyone is on their own journey.

14.01.2022 It is a common belief that we breathe with our lungs alone, but in point of fact, the work of breathing is done by the whole body. The lungs play a passive role in the respiratory process. Their expansion is produced by an enlargement, mostly downward, of the thoracic cavity and they collapse when that cavity is reduced. Proper breathing involves the muscles of the head, neck, thorax, and abdomen. It can be shown that chronic tension in any part of the body's musculature i...nterferes with the natural respiratory movements. Breathing is a rhythmic activity. Normally a person at rest makes approximately 16 to 17 respiratory incursions a minute. The rate is higher in infants and in states of excitation. It is lower in sleep and in depressed persons. The depth of the respiratory wave is another factor which varies with emotional states. Breathing becomes shallow when we are frightened or anxious. It deepens with relaxation, pleasure and sleep. But above all, it is the quality of the respiratory movements that determines whether breathing is pleasurable or not. With each breath a wave can be seen to ascend and descend through the body. The inspiratory wave begins deep in the abdomen with a backward movement of the pelvis. This allows the belly to expand outward. The wave then moves upward as the rest of the body expands. The head moves very slightly forward to suck in the air while the nostrils dilate or the mouth opens. The expiratory wave begins in the upper part of the body and moves downward: the head drops back, the chest and abdomen collapse, and the pelvis rocks forward. Breathing easily and fully is one of the basic pleasures of being alive. The pleasure is clearly experienced at the end of expiration when the descending wave fills the pelvis with a delicious sensation. In adults this sensation has a sexual quality, though it does not induce any genital feeling. The slight backward and forward movements of the pelvis, similar to the sexual movements, add to the pleasure. Though the rhythm of breathing is pronounced in the pelvic area, it is at the same time experienced by the total body as a feeling of fluidity, softness, lightness and excitement. The importance of breathing need hardly be stressed. It provides the oxygen for the metabolic processes; literally it supports the fires of life. But breath as "pneuma" is also the spirit or soul. We live in an ocean of air like fish in a body of water. By our breathing we are attuned to our atmosphere. If we inhibit our breathing we isolate ourselves from the medium in which we exist. AFFIRMATION- " I accept. I accept all that has happened to me. I accept the current circumstances of my life. I accept that this is how things are. It doesn’t mean I can’t make changes, but the more I accept, the more I acknowledge the circumstances of my life, the more the answers will find me. "

09.01.2022 Do you identify as an entrepreneur and a conscious change maker? Are you dedicating your life to making an impact in this world and helping others on their own journey of freedom? Are you focusing all your energy externally and feeling obligated to others?... Perhaps your getting results but still feel like theres something missing? I get it. Its a balancing act. Being of service to others is a blessed thing, it can also be the end of you if you dont realise you need to actually be putting your own needs first. If you find yourself playing out the people pleaser and constantly over committing yourself to others you need to change that before the universe steps in with an accident or illness that will make you slow down. What would happen if instead of automatically saying yes to every request and replying immediately..if you say instead..thanks for thinking of me, ill check my schedule, feel into it and get back to you in 24-48hrs. Take a breath, look at your week and what else is going on around it... have you scheduled in any YOU time or is every hour booked out with tasks. Sometimes things take time to land fully in your body to then understand if it feels right for you or not. We need to learn to be discerning about whats driving the Yes's and the No's. Is it the need for validation and approval from others...fear of being rejected...fear of having the time and space with ourselves for what will be uncovered... The greatest gift you have is time...do you give it away on a whim or do you cherish it?
