Little Lives has been created by Ethan's Respiratory Consultant... an amazing human who we could not be more grateful to have been "landed with" on our ongoing respiratory journey with him. With all her "Spare time", his Doctor has created this awesome org that fundraises for children's health locally and abroad. They help the kids that can fall through the gaps - and give a voice to the little liv...es! Please support them as much as you are able to <3 We have donated website hosting, design & build, plus support to obtain Microsoft Non Profit Status and utilise all the free resources available to an NFP - further reducing administrative costs to the org and ensure the money is going towards directly funding projects that are so desperately needed in our community. This is a much needed service on the Sunshine Coast and has been started by a Mum who couldnt find the right respite support for her daughter. 20.01.2022 And the lovely Leanda Harmer ND. Naturopath & Medical Intuitive - a shiny new website we made a few months back. I've provided a heap of training videos to Leanda on how to get in and modify her website... she has done amazingly well! I set her up with a website and the right training so she can confidently get in there and modify,update and change to her hearts content without having to pay each and every time! Other clients like for me to manage. Im not fussed.. I work how you want to work! Easy! Leandas site also has Shopify integration so she can have her full online store and more.

18.01.2022 Where possible... I try and give back each year to some "passion projects" that align with our family values. This year I've been so fortunate to work with 2 organisations that are providing support for children that either sick or have disabilities. ... I love being able to give back and free them up from the administrative costs of building and maintaining a website that connects them with their supporters. Projects to follow <3

18.01.2022 DNS changes... its something that every web/tech person should know about... but many seem to remain clueless ...Knowing how to manage DNS records lets me make changes like hooking up your domain name (your internet address) to your website hosting (consider it like your 'rent to live there')... or to move your web hosting elsewhere and leave your domain name where it is. It lets me set your emails up on Office 365 (Microsoft Hosted emails) and leave your website where it... is. It lets me add zone records to your Mailchimp etc accounts to reduce the chances that your email marketing campaigns don't get sent to customer junk folders... and so much more! I offer these as stand alone services... so if you need help getting your emails sorted, moving web host or reducing issues with your mail going to peoples spam folders - just drop me a message :)

Deep Text could eventually help Facebook to understand the topic area and even the content of just about anything people post, from personal announcements to news stories to discussions about a TV show. 01.01.2022 Wow... that was a long time between posts! My last post was 30 January 2017.... but not without reason! Sorry bit of a long post as a back story and to provide context of where I've been... and why I'm back! Shortly after that post, we found out we were expecting! However the joy was somewhat short lived as just after that I was struck with hyperemisis gravidarum - severe morning sickness that saw me loose 13kgs in a month or so and required several hospitalisations. Then ...unexpectedly, I went into labour at only 27 weeks with the twin boys. Harrison and Ethan entered the world far too early. Sadly it was too much for our little Harrison and he gained his angel wings a short 8 days later. Then we hoped, prayed and crossed everything for Ethan - who was born a micro prem at only 886 grams. It was a very long road home... he spent 256 days in hospital before being strong enough to come home! I stayed down at Ronald McDonald House in Brisbane with Ethan and Daniel commuted daily from Beerwah. We were only home a few months then had to return for Ethan to have 7 hour surgery to completely remodel his skull. But now we are home... and happy. Ethan is delayed in many areas but powering along and catching up at his own pace. So... in short... its been a journey. And I've been out of action - focusing on my family. But now I'm back, albeit with a 1 year old in tow who is permanently attached to a portable oxygen tank or oxygen concentrator. But where there is a will, there is a way.
