17.01.2022 From Dr Joe Dispenza "When we are in a state of fear, typically what we do is select the worst-case scenario & then prepare ourselves emotionally for when it occurs. Now when we get it right, we are proud of ourselves and say, look how smart I am, I predicted that. But what happens when you don't get it right? That's called anxiety, insomnia, neurosis. It's called OCD. And the reason being is because as we select that worst-case scenario and embrace ourselves emotionally for ...the outcome. You are combining that thought & feeling and you move into a new state of being. This knocks our brain & body out of balance just by thought alone. So the fear then becomes an addiction and we begin to reaffirm that addiction because we keep thinking about the thoughts that create those emotional states. Now, the repetition of that cycle conditions the body to become the mind emotionally. So if you keep doing it, sooner or later you're going to program fear into your body as the mind, which means it's going to have a panic attack without you, try as you may with your conscious mind to change it. But it has been programmed subconsciously. So if people can continuously bring their body back into the present moment in meditation or prayer and practice being present, you can't be afraid if you're in the present moment. The side effect of that is every time you bring the body back into the present, you're reconditioning it to a new mind, which means the body is no longer the mind. The body being the animal or the servant, all of a sudden, is being conditioned by a new mind. We have been programmed by society to fear the unknown. Because when you're in fear, the best thing to do is run from the unknown. Because the animal in the wild who's hearing something around the corner and doesn't know what it is, it's going to run because there's a better chance of survival. So when we're living by fear and the hormones of stress, we run from the unknown. But if you truly overcome your fear, then the unknown becomes an adventure. The unknown is the best place to create from and that's when it gets exciting. Now, is the time to be greater than our fear". See more
17.01.2022 'Life is what you make it' - said someone really smart and tuned in! When it comes to creating the life you want - you truely are in the driver's seat. Even when you don't feel like you are, you could change everything in an instant with just one decision... I remind myself of this when I feel like things are pressing in on me. I choose my life, every part of it.. and the bits that seem like I didn't choose them - well I get to choose what kind of impact those things have on me. Road trip anyone??

11.01.2022 Someone made the comment to me today (in context of a broader conversation) that I was 'busy changing people's lives'... ...in that moment I was shocked initially to hear it, but then had a rush of joy and deep fulfilment run through my entire being. Though technically I facilitate the process for people to change their own lives, the sentiment meant the world to me... Since experiencing my own massive healing from depression and life transformation (and continue to) I have ...wanted nothing more than to help others experience their own breakthroughs in the areas of mental and physical health, business, career, relationships and their own vision for their life. There is SO much more that what people are currently settling for. Coaching for me truely is a passion, and I am so thankful that I get to join people on their amazing life journey and in part help them find their way.

01.01.2022 Words are powerful labels. Become very aware of the words you use and how they affect you emotionally... Especially during times like this... There are many words thrown around by your friends, family, governments and media that can actually exasperate the level of panic or anxiety you are feeling... Words such as:... Crisis Pandemic epidemic Great Depression Economic Meltdown Self-isolation Social Distancing Quarantine Contagion Lock down There are many others. You may think it necessary to be using these words... but I challenge you to change your thinking. Our minds associate with words as labels. Once we attach meaning to a word - giving it life, imagery and energy - it changes our state of being (emotional, physical, mental). Tune into your language. Change the way you communicate with yourself and others during this time. This is one thing you can change today that will have an immediate calming effect if you tap into it.
