They can be used for new and experienced yoga students alike to develop & refine practice - their use & benefits seem endless. 09.01.2022 After personally practicing a form of yoga for a couple years that had no Downward Dog I ensure that I incorporate it into the classes I teach. I remember the first few months of practicing the asana were challenging and exceptionally rewarding feeling how much stronger I was becoming. I continue to evolve my DD and love to see how the students I teach are also developing theirs

So if any SBUVers and your m...ates are keen (how can you not be, fully qualified amazing yoga instructor, right on your door step, no driving, walk onto the green and BAM - yoga to make you feel great and then walk home) then please check your emails and let me know if youre attending the next three month phase.
