If you are looking for a way to relax (that doesn’t involve moving a muscle) and you’re not claustrophobic, floating might be for you! There are 600kg of Epsom salts dissolved in the water to keep you floating, with an added benefit of relaxing sore and tired muscles! Anyone for a float after a tough PILATES workout?
