24.01.2022 This is a fantastic trip for the whole family to enjoy! Our bus departs Perth daily to Shoalwater Bay where we introduce you to your stable double sea kayaks. These are easy to paddle and allow you to see Sea Lions in their natural environment. These playful creatures love to swim and splash around your boat along with the dolphins. We then visit the fairy penguins for their daily feeding before sitting down to enjoy a picnic lunch. 23.01.2022 IHaveIt.co attended the info session for Rottnest Channel Swim especially for paddle supporters and skippers. Here are the top 8 useful tips mentioned by the experts. 1. Waterproof watch So that you can keep time for the swimmer 2. Bring a back support to save your back from pain. 3. Reiterate where to meet on the morning - as there will be so many people and hard to identify each other all support teams should double check where to meet.... 4. Identification of your team members -use novelty balloons, wigs and signs so the team can easily identify each other on the beach or on the water. 5. Dont forget to ask the swimmer which side they breathe - so you know which side to paddle. 6. Know your swimmers times - so that you can work out what time you need to be positioning your boat for the swimmers change over etc. 7. No reversing rules are that you cant reverse but you can be in neutral. 8. Weather check - dont forget to check with the organisers on weather More listings are wanted We are getting quite a few enquiries for the following.
