These are the measures we are taking to keep you and staff safe. We have intensified our already existing cleaning processes: * hand hygiene * cleaning of communal surfaces (benches, door handles, terminals)... * cleaning exercise equipment * frequent changing of bed linen Around the clinic we have several hand sanititisng stations -- please use upon entry and exit, when you need to. We have also all completed the Australian government Infection Control Training Covid-19.

07.01.2022 To our amazing patients and community, After much deliberation, we have decided to shut our clinic down from all face-face consultations starting from today. It was a very difficult decision to arrive at for the obvious reasons of placing a financial burden on our staff and our business. But in the end, we felt this cannot supersede the health and safety of our patients and staff.... This is an incredibly challenging time and it is paramount each and every single person displays a sense of social responsibility. As a way to continue our care, we have moved to providing telehealth consultations with our clinicians committing their time to delivering assessment, treatment advice, and exercise therapy online! More details will be posted shortly.... We can assure you that they'll be plenty of celebrating when we are able to physically reopen our doors again and return our community to its vibrant self. So here’s a way to help you make the most out of your exercise.... Note: A more resistant band won’t necessarily guarantee a better burn for your glutes.
