06.01.2022 B E L I E F S What you believe is what you get. Everything is energy, and this includes beliefs. Any energy can and will transform. Our beliefs are always looking to change form, which will lead to habits and actions.... The day I decided to look at the problem areas of my life was when I discovered the limiting and faulty beliefs that were effecting these areas. These beliefs were unconsciously sabotaging my relationships, my business and my health. So here is a simple exercise. 1-Identify 2 problem areas of your life. 2-Then write 3 beliefs that you are holding onto in these problem areas. 3- Now carefully examine these beliefs and you will see that these beliefs have had a huge influence in these areas of your life.
