15.01.2022 Merry Xmas and Happy NY 2019! Today the Tiffany flat pack home we are assembling in Kingsbury Melbourne moved a step closer to completion. We started the morning by securing the floor sections together and then to the adjustable footings (dont worry we show you how to DIY in a step by step guide). Next week we will start the floor and wall frames. As you can see we have an issue with one of our floor sections.....an unfortunate encounter with a fork lift!......a repair job for the weekend ready for next weeks inspection.
14.01.2022 Warm day today, but a good day! We unloaded one of our cape cod kit homes. This one is a 9m x 5m same as the dimensions on our website. This one is bound for Taggerty just north of Melbourne and will be installed later in the year. Normally we would pack and send the container directly to the customers property. In this case the access to the property wasnt great, so we will load onto a flat top tray truck.

Wanting to stay close to her family, Janette looked at all of her options and ultimately chose to build a granny flat. ...
