Made Deadly livestreamed on the Saltwater Freshwater Coast! Don’t miss this opportunity to see our local talent perform live on stage.... Delivered in 2018 and 2019, Made Deadly is a Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance initiative run in partnership with music development organisation, Grow The Music. This year with funding from the NSW Government through Create NSW we will run a livestreamed event in partnership with Grow the Music, Pluto Entertainment and Purfleet Taree Local Aboriginal Land Council. Made Deadly livestreamed on the saltwater freshwater coast will showcase our Made Deadly finalists from the previous two Saltwater Freshwater Festivals in 2019 and 2020, only this time; special guest appearances by young performers from the Taree area. With our partners we opened up the stage for young performers from Taree and Chatham High Schools, with 14 young people taking part and a final 6 selected to perform at the livestreamed event. These 6 young finalists will be mentored by Grow the Music with Made Deadly performers Uncle Mick Saunders and Jacob Ridgeway in readiness for the stage. 06.01.2022 Bringing Innovators Together. We have some inspiring projects and businesses here on the Coffs Coast and we are lucky enough to have some of them working with us! A recent Lunch Bites - Social Media Project with Butterfly Media saw the iHubCC become a conduit of sorts to help bring together TAFE NSW - CHEC, local businesses across the Coffs Coast region and Diploma/Cert IV Photography Students. ... One of the Students was En Vogue Wedding & Portrait who products a series of images for Social Media Guru and Lunch Bites creator - Katrina from Butterfly Media. Lunch Bites was designed to equip students with knowledge to help them market themselves using Instagram. As part of the course - students were paired with local businesses to produce a series of images for both parties to use across their own marketing channels. Given a brief for a re-brand - Simon went above and beyond as he "raised the bar" to produce images that blew Katrina's mind. Look out as we feature some of the students over the coming weeks.
