Specialising in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Entrepreneurship, Tshepiso has held various Academic positions at several universities and Higher Education Private Providers in Australia and overseas. ... Tshepiso has extensive knowledge in tertiary education leadership and management. She is also involved in ongoing cross-university research collaborations with local universities and international universities, and has several ABDC A-ranked journal publications. Prior to joining Academia, Tshepiso worked as an Auditor for the Botswana Unified Revenue Services as well as an International Trade Officer for First National Bank Botswana.
