20.01.2022 16 Aug 2016 Learning meditation became very popular these days. I feel it is a genuine interest of the people to learn meditation. Each individual has his or her own reason to practice meditation. There are several types of meditations taught these days by various groups and individuals.... They differ in many ways. As an aspirant of meditation learner, one need to keep in mind two most important things: 1. The meditation business in the world became a multi-billion dollar industry hence mostly the places will be looking for making money out of you. Present materialistic world most feel that is nothing unusual to expect some monetary return for services. However you need to check carefully for value for money. 2. The second group of people will offer free meditation telling various reasons to sound very logical. The ultimate aim of these groups or individuals is to convert you in to their spiritual or religious or other beliefs. Some cases you may not even aware until very late that you are dragged in to some of their path by teaching their type of meditation. I personally feel this type is more harmful to you in long run if you are keen to learn and practice meditation. Then what is meditation?
