25.01.2022 Lock up in 8 weeks ! Gyprock in, Air cons installed and started exterior painting, big effort. Should have all the plastering and eves in by the Christmas break on the 22nd.

23.01.2022 End of week 7 huge week roof installed and screwed off. Can rain as much as it likes now we have a lid on.

23.01.2022 The span is too big so we need a crane to lift the packs in place.

16.01.2022 End of week six. Roof battens installed, plumbing and electrical rough in complete and all wiring and pipework for A/C installed. Rendering also finished, a huge week ! Big thanks to Alan Emerson painting and texture coating and Ian Horsley electrical for a great job. Roof sheeting arriving tomorrow, stay tuned.

14.01.2022 What a difference a week makes ! Block laying finished, electrical and A/C instalation tomorrow and block fill on Friday. Stay tuned.

13.01.2022 Rain has stopped and back into it. Underslab drainage installed and filling with crusher dust.

12.01.2022 Frame completed and start trusses tomorrow

09.01.2022 At the 5 week mark since we poured footings. Roof trusses complete, plumbers rough in done and facia and gutter arirving Monday. Renderers starting on Tuesday and hope to have roof sheets done by the weekend.

08.01.2022 Slab poured and termite barrier installed. Block layers starting on Monday. Full steam ahead.
