23.01.2022 Hey everyone! New Self-defense Program starts at CORE MMA soon! Tuesday 8-9 pm Thursday 8-9 pm... Sunday 2-4 pm Address: 4 Thackeray Street, Hamilton We are currently running an IKMF(International Krav Maga Federation) Krav Maga self-defense P(Practitioner) level class at CORE MMA gym. Krav Maga is a practical system, which teaches how to prevent, deal with, and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. KM prepares the trainees in the subjects of self-defense, self-protection skills, as well as to defend others. Krav Maga is easy to learn and retain, performed naturally and intuitively; it can be practically used under stressful conditions. For the new student: 1. You don't have to have any physical training background. ( we will help you to build your fitness level up) 2. Civilian self-defense more likely good for people who is over 15 years old. 3. We are a big family and team. So being there for each other and helping each other are the cornerstones of our training. People without egos are welcome to attend group classes. 4.
