17.01.2022 90 second shoulder mobility and activation routine 1. Band dislocations for mobility of the shoulder. How close your hands are together will dictate how hard this one will be. Start wide and bring closer as you get better at these. 2. Single arm band dislocations. A progression of the first dislocations, putting more emphasis in the external rotators to drive the band backwards ... 3. YTWL. To activate external rotators and scapular control musculature. Again, how close your hands are will dictate how hard this exercise is 4. Self limiting band press. Reactive neuromuscular training to develop stability through the scapula while driving forwards with the glenohumeral joint. 12.01.2022 How to do a glute bridge PROPERLY! Super important if you have low back pain. The glute bridge is o e of the best exercises for people with low back pain, knee pain, hip arthritis etc. When done correctly it strengthens the glutes and core (with some leg muscles too).
