16.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we say good bye to this man, Rocco Venturini, who lost his battle last week. He was great friend of IL BARBIERE but also a great mentor. I often reflect on what I have a achieved in the barber industry and I owe everything I have learnt to this man. He gave me a go when the industry was on its knees 22 years ago. Rocco said to me that we would keep the barber dream alive and that this isn’t a job it’s a lifestyle. You only get out what you put in... and you can have a great life with a skill set that can take you anywhere in the world. Words that I carry with me everyday and I have built my business on. Grazie Rocco, you have given me something that I’ll always cherish and will always be reminded of the hard work you put into me to give me a start. You treated me like your son and I looked up to you like my father! Rest easy, and give a scorchare to god for me.
