05.01.2022 I mostly stand on women's side, I mainly work with women and I do believe I have a lot to teach and share with them. . I don't praise and support strict lifestyles because I believe, unless you are an athlete, you can both stay fit and enjoy life without restricting yourself too much. . I also support and encourage women to like and appreciate themselves the way they look, I'm not perfect either and I don't want to be BUT, having said that, I also disagree when this statem...ent gets to the other extreme: being overweight and accepting yourself I think is also not good and not healthy. . ALSO, it's b*llshit when girls say they don't care! It's easy to say that to make yourself feel better, let's be clear! You see girls who lose lots of weight on social media and notice how they completely change their style. If they did like and accepted themselves when overweight they would have wore crop tops and tight dresses even before, they would have shared shameless bikini pics even before. But they didn't! WHY? . Because, subconsciously, when we like ourselves, we automatically are more confident and happier. 04.01.2022 4 weeks between the two pics and she said "There are no changes". Her focus is going back to regular exercise and fix her posture. She is now training 3 times a week + doing her mobility exercises daily to mobilize hips and shoulders. For me, this is already a Great result. Her stomach doesn't pop out as much and she is now conscious of her posture when performs a squat or just stands straight.
