18.01.2022 Unfortunately due to having a number of people cancel last week & this week I’ve decided to implement a cancellation policy. I understand that things don’t always go to plan, but I now require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations so that I can fill any empty spots. I only offer limited time slots due to having a small family so cancellations have a huge impact on my small business. From next week I will ask for a 50% booking fee at the time of your booking which will be taken off the total cost of your treatment. Thank you for your understanding. Sharni X
