25.01.2022 Good morning everyone, we are back after the Easter break. Our trading hours now are Monday to Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm (was 4 pm to 8 pm). Also a couple of item on the menu will be changing tomorrow, stay tuned :)

24.01.2022 Buongiorno, I would like to share a thought with you. As you may know next Saturday we will be allowed to sit at any given time 10 people, it is a very small number and it is intended more for cafes during lunch that restaurant for dinner. You may also know that I don't like any time restriction on my diners. At this stage, I have 2 choices: 1 keep takeaway only to optimize costs or do takeaway and use a 1 hour and 30 minuted time frame system, to squeeze in a second sit but that will increase costs. It is one of that situation where both the solutions feel wrong.

23.01.2022 Buongiorno! I just want to let everyone know that we will be closed for this week. We are reorganizing our restaurant to be able to trade as a takeaway, that means a slightly different menu available. We are also working to an online ordering and payment system to minimize any risk. At this stage, I'm not going to use 3rd party delivery company as uberEats and such due to their preposterous fee, I'd much rather convert this fee as a discount for our customers.

18.01.2022 Buongiorno, who knows me, is aware of my pursuit of a life-work balance, for my staff and me, and what is better than two consecutive days off? That's why Il Bacco will be open from Tuesday to Saturday for dine-in and take-away.

15.01.2022 Upon reflecting on the recent developments, and after considering all your precious feedback we decided to offer take-away only, from Monday to Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, on top of the take-away, we will host a 3 course set meal, similar to what we used to do at Church cafe Pinnacle. 14.01.2022 Buona sera, we decided to spice up the menu a little with some guest dishes that will change frequently and so we can express different aspects of Italian cuisine. First dish is Pollo alla Diavola, grilled spatchcock marinated in Mediterranean herbs and chilly flakes. Served with roasted potatoes and salad.

12.01.2022 Buongiorno, we finally have a working website, nothing too fancy, just a place where you can find our menu, order your take-away, contact us and, eventually, book your table. I tried to keep it as simple and light as possible, but feedbacks are always welcome.

08.01.2022 Buongiorno! All our dinners for the weekends are pretty much fully booked, thank you, everyone, for your support! From today we will be restarting our dine-in service, but not worry take-away is still available.
