Matt grew up in West Sydney (close to the Blue Mountains) in a town called Lithgow. He completed his apprenticeship at The Hydro Majestic Hotel & then gained his knowledge working in many different areas within the hospitality industry this included many great cafes, hotels & restaurants in NSW and QLD. In July 2020 he joined our team & has been busy adding his touch & ideas towards our new menu. il Baretto espresso bar will commence theNew Menu from the 1st of OCTOBER.
