Our annual art exhibition: Collective will officially open and will have fantastic works on display for all to view! The Showcase will also feature musical performances, College tours, STEM Cluster Cup Finals, Mock Trials, Soccer & Netball Academy matches, educational workshops and more!!! 06.01.2022 This is our special for today. Fully Sicilian pasta. Pasta ca muddica. There are many different versions of this dish. We made it with anchovies, sundried tomatoes, chilli, parsley and then the important part, Muddica, which means bread crumb. Toasted bread crumb with parmesan cheese.
