25.01.2022 On Saturday 20 March 2021, 13 players competed in a stableford event in windy conditions. The ladies had another strong win with our newest member Jules White having a very convincing win with 41 stableford points (24 of those gained on the back 9) with the runner up coming in on 33 points. Well done Jules. Pin shots went to Grace Jones on the 1st and George Gowing knocked one in close on the 5th to sink his birdie putt.

24.01.2022 Golf Report for Saturday 15th August Ilfracombe Golf Club had a small field of 8 players last Saturday. Congratulations to George Gowing taking out Match Play against Liz Emmott. George also winning the day with 40 stablefords. Well done George. No golf in Ilfracombe this Saturday 22nd August.

24.01.2022 Golf Report for Saturday 26th September. Congratulations to Malcolm Brown who won the September Monthly Medal, well done Malcolm. Golf Report for Saturday 3rd October. Conditions were very windy last Saturday with 21 players playing Bisque Bogey. It was nice to see so many travel to the Central West for the Long Weekend.... Congratulations to Nadia Hoad with +10, well done Nadia. Golf will be on this Saturday hitting off at 11am.

17.01.2022 Today we had a team of 7 men and 3 women compete in the Central West Pennants held at the Longreach Golf Club. Both of our teams took the win for the day with the men bagging 10 points and the ladies with 3 1/2 points. Well done to all players.

15.01.2022 Golf Report for Saturday 1st August - Ilfracombe Golf Club had a good field of 19 players on a windy day playing a Stableford event. Congratulations to Bevan Pearce who won the day with a total of 38 stableford points Ben Emmott had the shot of the day with a 'Hole in One' on Hole No. 5 Congratulations Ben. 14.01.2022 Golf Report for Saturday 10th October. 14 players competed on the day with Ben Williams hitting a solid 74 off the stick with a net 71 to win the stroke event. Golf on Saturday 17th will be a Stableford Event, hitting off at 11.00am.

13.01.2022 Golf Report for Saturday 5th September. A good day had by 14 players with very good golf conditions at the Ilfracombe course last Saturday. 13.01.2022 Golf Report for Saturday 8th August Ilfracombe Golf Club had a good roll up with very cool playing conditions, for a Versus Par event. Congratulations to Alex Graham winning the day with +2 Ilfracombe Golf this Saturday 15th August will be 11.00am Everyone Welcome.

11.01.2022 On Saturday 27 March 2021, 19 players competed for the March Monthly Medal. It was close at the top of the field with Charlie Williams and Greg Swan both coming in with a 70 Net. Charlie lost out in the countback by half a shot, with Greg Swan claiming the March Monthly Medal. The only Pin shot for the day was on Number 2 by Grace Jones.

11.01.2022 Ilfracombe players enjoyed a great day of golf at the Longreach Golf Open on Sunday 23rd. Congratulations to: Liz Emmott winning A Grade Ladies Grace Jones winning B Grade Ladies and the best score on the day by any lady & Lenore Runner up Caroline Brown winning C Grade Ladies & Amelia Runner Up... Peter Johnstone Runner up in C Grade Mens Tony Nielsen best net in the Seniors. Thank you to Longreach Golf Club for hosting the event. 11.01.2022 On Saturday 6 March 2021, 15 players hit off to compete in a Stroke event. Our Madam President chipped in on the last hole and came into the clubhouse with a 70net to claim a win for the ladies. The Pin Shot on No2, was debated back at the clubhouse, with some questions raised about where the green started/ended, but in the end Bevan convinced us enough to claim the prize.... Due to Central West Pennants being held in Longreach next weekend there will be no golf next Saturday.

10.01.2022 Golf Report for Saturday 29th August Ilfracombe Golf Club had challenging windy conditions for the August Monthly Medal on Saturday. Congratulations to Liz Em...mott who obviously wasn't put off by the conditions as she shot one of her best rounds with a 75 off the stick for a net 66 - well done Liz. Ilfracombe Golf Community put on a barbeque and farewell speeches for Buckles & Ann, wishing them well with their move to NSW, they will be greatly missed.
